September 16, 2019 – The Wisconsin Chapter of ACHE presented the annual Regent Awards at its annual meeting in September. The Awards were presented by Wisconsin’s Regent, Thomas Shorter who is the Wisconsin ACHE Chapter Past-President and a shareholder Godfrey & Kahn.
Members are evaluated on leadership ability; innovation and creative management; executive capability in developing their own organization and promoting its growth stature in the community; participation in local, state or provincial hospital and health association activities; participation in civic/community activities and projects; participation in ACHE activities; and interest in assisting ACHE in achieving its objectives.
This year’s award winners include:
- Mike Sanders, President and CEO of SSM Health Monroe Clinic, received the Senior
Level Career Healthcare Executives Regent’s Award. - Alexandra Urrutia-Comas, Senior Director Administrator at Aurora Health Care, received
the Diversity Champion Healthcare Executives Regent’s Award. - Carl Selvick, Senior Director of Clinic Operations at Fort HealthCare, received the Early
Career Healthcare Executives Regent’s Award.
All three awards recognize ACHE members who have made significant contributions to the advancement of healthcare management excellence and the achievement of ACHE’s goals.
