BROOKFIELD, Wis. (Dec. 20, 2019) Community Care, Inc. announces plans to pursue certification to deliver services within Wisconsin’s Family Care program in Dane County. Community Care, Inc., currently contracts with the state to deliver the Family Care program to more than 10,000 Wisconsin residents in 14 counties including Calumet, Fond du Lac, Kenosha, Manitowoc, Milwaukee, Outagamie, Ozaukee, Racine, Sheboygan, Walworth, Washington, Waukesha, Waupaca and Winnebago. Community Care began providing Family Care services in 2007 in Racine and Kenosha Counties.

The certification process will begin immediately and Community Care, Inc. expects to begin providing Family Care Services in Dane County in May 2020.
