Evers’ administration seeks to join case on whether state constitution protects abortion access
Gov. Tony Evers’ administration wants to join a lawsuit filed by Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin that argues that the state’s constitution protects access to abortion. The Wisconsin Supreme Court earlier this month agreed to take up Planned Parenthood’s case.
