Court should reject ask by Planned Parenthood to find constitutional right to abortion, says Sheboygan DA

The Wisconsin Supreme Court should reject a request by Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin to consider whether the state’s constitution guarantees a right to abortion, attorneys for Sheboygan County District Attorney Joel Urmanski argued last week. Meanwhile, anti-abortion groups are asking the court to decline the request or allow them to intervene in the case.
