Menasha, Wis. – Affinity Health System has launched myAffinity, an online portal that provides patients with convenient access to various health care services.

With myAffinity, patients will be able to access information about their health records, medications, vitals and more; request an appointment, medical records, referral to a specialist or a prescription refill; update contact and insurance information; pay bills electronically; and send a secure message to the billing department or a non-urgent secure message to their Medical Home team.

“At Affinity, patients are the center of their health care team, which is led by their provider,” said Dr. Peter Roloff, pediatrician, Affinity Medical Group. “Together, a personalized care plan is created so the patient can manage his or her overall health, and myAffinity enhances that experience by improving communication between patients and their health care team.”

myAffinity is a free service for all Affinity Health System patients and can be accessed by visiting www.affinityhealth.org/myaffinity or calling (800) 236-1338.
