A proposal to make contributions to Health Savings Accounts exempt from Wisconsin state taxes is scheduled to be taken up by both the state Assembly and Senate on Thursday, the AP reports. The measure backed by Gov. Scott Walker and fellowRepublicans who control the Legislature would cost the state about $49 million over the next two years.
