LogistiCare reducing wait times, but transit complaints persist

Wisconsin's new private medical transportation service is slowly reducing wait times on its hotlines, but complaints are still pouring in to the Journal Sentinel about cabs that arrive hours late and drivers who jeopardize people's lives by not showing up to take diabetics to dialysis.
