State uninsiurance rate dips to 9 percent

The share of Wisconsinites without insurance fell slightly to 9 percent last year, from 9.4 percent in 2010. Wisconsin’s uninsurance rate remains the 7th lowest in the country, and well below the national average of 15.1 percent. (WHN, 9/24)
