Evers settles with Nygren over public records on farmers’ mental health
The state of Wisconsin will pay $40,000 in attorney fees as part of a settlement over a lawsuit filed by a Republican lawmaker to resolve a request over public records on funding for a farmers’ mental health program, according to a statement from Gov. Tony Evers’ office.
