Palm departing for Biden administration, Timberlake to take over at DHS
Department of Health Services Secretary-designee Andrea Palm is leaving Wisconsin for Washington D.C., where she will serve as deputy secretary for the Department of Health and Human Services, Gov. Tony Evers’ office announced Monday. He named Karen Timberlake, who led DHS under Gov. Jim Doyle, interim secretary.
