UW Health CEO: Roe v. Wade ruling could lead to “crisis of complications”
Wisconsin could return to the “old days” - when the demand for abortions persisted, but were performed by “under-qualified people in less-than-desirable facilities” - if Roe v. Wade is overturned, according to UW Health CEO Dr. Alan Kaplan.
