Sheboygan County DA will ask state Supreme Court to resolve abortion litigation
Sheboygan County District Attorney Joel Urmanski said Wednesday he will ask the Wisconsin Supreme Court to weigh in on a Dane County court decision that found an 1849 state law widely interpreted as a criminal abortion ban does not apply to consensual abortions.
