Evers wins second term, Johnson declares victory
Democratic Gov. Tony Evers won reelection Tuesday, and Republican Sen. Ron Johnson, who holds a narrow lead over challenger Lt. Gov. Mandela Barnes, declared victory Wednesday morning in a race yet to be called by media outlets.
