Audit: DHS failed to account for all ventilators purchased during pandemic
The Department of Health Services failed to account for all the ventilators it loaned out to hospitals and other entities during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. It also didn’t collect sufficient documentation for a grant program aimed at helping providers financially impacted by the crisis.
