Group Insurance Board approves rates for 2016, on target to meet savings goal

The state is on target to save at least $81 million this biennium on its employee health plan after approving 2016 rates last month, according to Department of Employee Trust Funds spokesman Mark Lamkins. (WHN, 10/1)
