Cost of worker health benefits up 3% as growth rate slows

Guy Boulton of the Journal Sentinel reports: "The cost of health benefits for employers and employees rose an average of 3% for family coverage this year, continuing a string of relatively modest increases in recent years, according to a widely followed national survey of employers."
