Court: Johnson lacks standing to challenge Obamacare rule

An appeals court Tuesday upheld a lower court's decision that U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., lacked standing to challenge a federal rule allowing members of Congress and their staff to receive employer-based subsidies to help pay for insurance purchased on the federal Marketplace. (WHN, 4/15)
