Governor Scott Walker has appointed Dennis Smith, a Washington veteran, to lead his health agency. Other health related picks include: insurance industry veteran Ted Nickel as Commissioner of Insurance and Eloise Anderson for Secretary of the Department of Children and Families. (WHN, 1/7)
