State should ration health care, doctor association proposes

The Wisconsin Medical Society proposes that Wisconsin look west as it prepares to fill a Medicaid budget hole estimated at $1.2 billion. As Dave Wahlberg details in a Sunday story in the Wisconsin State Journal, the doctors association believes that Oregon's method of ranking services could serve as model to the Badger state.
