Legislators are expected to vote Thursday morning on a bill that could create a tax credit for health savings accounts as part of Gov. Scott Walker’s special session on jobs creation, the Wisconsin Reporter reports. The measure is estimated to cost more than $48 million over the next two years. (WISCONSIN REPORTER, 1/13)
