Lawsuit reform passes out of Senate committee
Governor Scott Walker’s lawsuit reform bill cleared its first major hurdle this morning passing out of the Senate Committee on Judiciary, Utilities, Commerce, and Government Operations along party lines. The Assembly committee plans to take up the legislation, and likely approve it, on Tuesday. (WHN, 1/14)
