Wisconsin joins health care challenge
Wisconsin is officially challenging the federal health care law. Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen announced today that Wisconsin has taken the initial step to join the legal challenge currently pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida. Five other states have also recently jumped on board, bringing the total to 26. Iowa, Ohio, Kansas, Wyoming and Maine are also requesting to join the suit. (WHN, 1/18)
