Wis. gov to sign civil lawsuit reform bill
Gov. Scott Walker says he will sign a bill today that would dramatically rewrite Wisconsin's civil lawsuit rules. The Republican measure would make it far more difficult to prove liability cases against businesses. It also would cap damage awards and lay out tougher standards on expert testimony. (AP, 1/27)
