Florida Judge rules federal health care law unconstitutional
A federal judge ruled the federal health care reform law unconstitutional Monday, siding with Wisconsin and 25 other states. Van Hollen applauded the judge’s decision, while vowing to keep fighting the law. (WHN, 1/31)
