Free clinic on Madison's Park Street alters controversial name
A free clinic on South Park Street that sparked controversy by choosing a name similar to a group of Madison-area clinics has changed its name, the Wisconsin State Journal reports. Access Community Medical Center is now American Community Medical Center. That pleases leaders of Access Community Health Centers, which has four clinics, two of which are half a mile south of the free clinic along Park Street. (WISCONSIN STATE JOURNAL, 2/9)
