Milwaukee teachers union drops Viagra lawsuit
The Milwaukee teachers union has dropped a lawsuit seeking to keep Viagra coverage in its health insurance plans, a spokesman for the organization confirmed Monday. Stan Johnson, executive director for the Milwaukee Teachers' Education Association, declined to comment further on the matter, but court records reviewed by The Associated Press indicate the union, the School Board and the state labor commission agreed to dismiss the lawsuit on March 1.
