Green Bay disabled bus riders again criticize new provider

Three months after the city hired a new company to transport people with disabilities, some of those individuals said Monday they continue to see service lapses from Green Bay's new transit provider. Late pickups, lost drivers and rude customer service were among the complaints voiced during a public meeting with Green Bay Metro administrators and other city officials about service from MV Transportation of Fairfield, Calif.
