Northwestern Wisconsin seniors report increase in health care scams
Seniors in northwestern Wisconsin are being targeted by health care scams, the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection said Thursday. The department is receiving an increased number of reports from senior citizens of phone calls from people posing as representatives of Medicare or insurance companies. (PIONEER PRESS, 11/18)
