Tuna product used in sushi recalled after it's linked to outbreak

A California company is voluntarily recalling nearly 59,000 pounds of a frozen raw yellowfin tuna product linked to a multistate salmonella outbreak, including 14 illnesses in southeastern Wisconsin, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Moon Marine USA Corp. (also known as MMI) of Cupertino, Calif., is recalling product labeled as Nakaochi Scrape AA or AAA because it's been linked to a Salmonella bareilly outbreak that has sickened 116 people in 20 states and the District of Columbia.
