Smith: MOE requirement in question after Supreme Court decision
The state is waiting to make any decisions on Medicaid until after the November elections, Department of Health Services spokeswoman Stephanie Smiley confirmed Monday. But that's not stopping Secretary Dennis Smith from speaking his mind on the Supreme Court's ruling that states aren't required to expand the program under the federal health reform law. (WHN, 7/10)
