Madison Woman Wins Car, Agrace HospiceCare Raises $35,000 in 2012 Auto Raffle Sponsored by Zimbrick Honda

MADISON, Wis. – After thousands of raffle tickets were sold throughout south central Wisconsin this summer, the winning ticket of the 2012 Agrace HospiceCare Auto Raffle Sponsored by Zimbrick Honda was drawn during the Hold’em with Hellmuth Celebrity Poker Event August 18. That ticket belonged to Mary Lou Badding of Madison, the lucky winner of the 2012 Honda FIT up for grabs from Zimbrick Honda. Mary Lou purchased her winning ticket at one of Agrace HospiceCare’s Madison Thrift Stores earlier this summer.

“Agrace HospiceCare is my absolute favorite charity,” said Badding when she was informed of her prize. “I can’t say enough about what Agrace does for our community; buying tickets was the least I could do!”

This year’s auto raffle raised a total of $35,497, which will go toward supporting the patients and families served by Agrace. As the community’s nonprofit hospice since 1978, Agrace provides services to more than 600 patients and their families throughout south central Wisconsin each day.
