STEVENS POINT, Wis., Sept. 18, 2012 – For the fifth consecutive year, the Benefit Center at Delta Dental of Wisconsin has earned the prestigious Certified Center of Excellence designation from Purdue University.
The certification means that DDWI’s Benefit Center is operating among the best 10 percent of call centers in the industry.
“This certification attests to the fact that Delta Dental of Wisconsin has successfully balanced efficiency and effectiveness in their operations,” said Bruce Belfiore, senior research executive at the Center for Customer-Driven Quality. “By optimizing their cost components and their ability to satisfy customers, they exemplify best practices.”
The Center of Excellence distinction is based on best-practice metrics drawn from the world’s largest database of objective and quantitative data audited and validated by researchers from BenchmarkPortal.
