BadgerCare enrollment fell by nearly 3,470 in November

After a slight uptick in October, BadgerCare enrollment continued its downward trend in November, dropping by another 3,470. Enrollment has now decreased by more than 18,500 since July when the Department of Health Services began implementing premium and enrollment changes. (WHN, 12/18)
