Medical building boom and high CEO pay could be bumping Madison insurance rates

Although Madison continues to have the lowest monthly premium costs in the state, it saw a one-year 8 percent jump in the health insurance inflation rate, which is double the state average, according to the seventh Wisconsin Health Insurance Cost Ranking report released Wednesday by Citizen Action of Wisconsin suggests there could be some truth to that view.
