Insurance agents pursuing legislation regulating navigators

State insurance agents are pursuing legislation that would include the oversight and regulation of navigators, Independent Insurance Agents of Wisconsin executive vice president Matt Banaszynski told Wisconsin Health News. "We are working with the [Office of the Commissioner of Insurance] to ensure the state of Wisconsin has the authority to implement such measures into state statute," he said. (WHN, 1/17)
