Walker asks Sebelius to allow state to use credits outside the exchange

Governor Scott Walker sent a letter Friday to Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius and Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew, asking for permission to use premium tax credits for qualified health plans purchased outside the federal exchange. In a separate letter, also sent Friday, Walker asked Senator Tammy Baldwin, D-Wis., to help him with the request. (WHN, 11/19)
