Workers' compensation bill heading to Legislature
Members of the Workers' Compensation Advisory Council signed off on a near final draft of legislation late last week. Jeff Beiriger, head of the council's management representatives, said Department of Workforce Development staff will make a final minor tweak to the proposal before it's sent to the Legislature's labor committee chairs for introduction.
