Self insurance proposal "on pause"
Efforts to move towards a self-insurance program for state employees are "on pause" while the Group Insurance Board focuses on data analysis, according to Lisa Ellinger, insurance services administrator for the Department of Employee Trust Funds. (WHN, 1/28)
