Walker signs bill paving way for hospitals to expand screenings on newborn

Gov. Scott Walker signed legislation Monday allowing the Department of Health Services to require hospitals to administer an expanded scope of tests on infants, based on recommendations by a committee of medical experts. (WHN, 3/4)
