Deputy insurance commissioner: Unpaid premiums complicate health reform law's enrollment numbers

With just over a week remaining to gain coverage in 2014 under the health reform law for most Wisconsinites, close to one-fifth of people signing up on the state's federal health insurance exchange are not paying their premiums and enrollees are older than almost every state in the nation, Deputy Commissioner of Insurance Dan Schwartzer said in an interview with Wisconsin Health News.
