Senate unlikely to take up doctor apology bill

A bill preventing doctors from legal and administrative repercussions for offering statements of condolence or apology to patients appears to be stalled again, according to a spokesman for Senate Majority Leader Sen. Scott Fitzgerald, R-Juneau. (WHN, 3/24)
