139,815 Wisconsinites signed up for coverage on exchange

Nearly 140,000 Wisconsinites signed up for healthcare coverage on the state's federally-facilitated health insurance exchange through April 19, the Department of Health and Human Services announced Thursday. The figures include people who people who signed up after the March 31 open enrollment deadline because they experienced difficulties with the federal website or underwent a "life-changing" event.
