Baldwin calls for special enrollment period for 38,000 who lost Medicaid coverage

Sen. Tammy Baldwin, D-Wis., called on the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Friday to grant a special enrollment period for the nearly 38,000 Wisconsinites who lost Medicaid coverage this year and did not transition onto the state's federal exchange. (WHN, 9/3)
