DHS sends out special enrollment letters
The Department of Health Services sent out letters about the state's special enrollment period to nearly 26,500 former BadgerCare members Thursday, DHS spokeswoman Claire Smith said in an email to Wisconsin Health News. (WHN, 9/29)
