Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield data breach puts victims at risk
Gitte Laasby of the Journal Sentinel reports: "Anthem customers whose personal information may have been stolen in the recent Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield data breach should file their taxes as soon as possible to make sure no one steals their refund, state officials say."
