GeminiCares cites proposed long-term care changes as factor in closure

Uncertainty caused by Gov. Scott Walker's proposed changes to the state's long-term care system "weighed heavily" into GeminiCare's decision to cease operations, according to president Kathleen Rublee. GeminiCares, a provider of home care services across the state, plans to cut nearly 700 jobs as it closes shop at 11 locations by the end of May. (WHN, 4/9)
