Madison health care cost is high and low
Madison is among the seven costliest of 78 metro areas for three medical procedures, a government report found. But health insurance premiums in Dane County are relatively low. The market is even considered a model for how to control costs and improve the Affordable Care Act exchanges, according to a report from an advocacy group. (STATE JOURNAL, 4/13)
