WEA Trust settles class action lawsuit, pays $7.5 million
WEA Trust will pay $7.5 million after settling a class action lawsuit filed by 141 school districts, alleging the insurer refused to pass along funding it received from a program set up under the federal health reform law. (WHN, 4/13)
