MEB: PDMP mandate a ‘nudge,’ not meant to ‘zing’ doctors
The Medical Examining Board wants a mandate for doctors to improve controlled substances prescribing habits to serve as a tool, but would not approve a resolution Wednesday saying they won't punish doctors in certain instances of noncompliance.
