UnitedHealthcare launching social determinants pilot in Milwaukee
UnitedHealthcare is launching a small pilot in Milwaukee initially focused on providing stable living conditions for five to 10 high-cost Medicaid members, Heather Hietpas, executive director of dual special needs for United’s Community Plan, announced at a forum in Madison last week hosted by the insurer.
